You know that feeling when you see, hear, touch or are in the presence of a brand you love? I mean, really love? It's my passion to bring that visceral feeling to people through meaningful communications, personalized marketing, and engaging storytelling.

For me, developing a marketing strategy is a scientific approach. I believe in data driven metrics and that means a strategy that begins with goal setting and continues with constant monitoring, measuring, adjusting and testing. How do we reach the best opportunities? What are our sales goals? What channels are most effective?
Then, we can get to the fun stuff.
Communications
All hail the customer.
When I start a new project or campaign, I immediately put myself in the shoes of the customer. I ask myself: What would spark my interest or get me to pay attention? I believe this simple, but often overlooked step, alleviates a lot of misguided marketing efforts and drills down to the heart of the matter quickly: Why would someone pay attention to what I'm trying to tell them?

I believe I was lucky to start my marketing career deep in data and research because it's allowed me to get the foundations right. But as a closet artist and self-taught designer, it's been a gift to tap into my creativity and work on the more "traditional" side of marketing.

Working in a small team for a large organization has allowed me to wear many different hats. I can call myself an event planner, PR professional, eCommerce specialist, thought leader and change agent.
